Once upon a time, there was a hardworking young man named Shady who throughout his life excelled in his studies and graduated from the Faculty of Engineering (Civil Department). He joined the work as a site civil engineer in one of the governmental companies. Every day, he is working for12 hours a day starting from 7 am to 7 pm! His salary was modest and his work became routine and became boring. In Egypt, the number of engineers had become much more than what the Egyptian market needed (one engineer for every 8.5 citizens instead of one engineer for every 200 citizens!), which caused the salaries of engineers to drop.
